Declaration of data protection and data security
Purpose of this document
SIPLAST Siegerländer Plastik GmbH (further SIPLAST) supports the protection of privacy of our users. Personal data is processed only in compliance with the withstanding declaration of data protection and data security.
Data protection laws
SIPLAST (as a commercial company) is subject to the national and european laws of data protection. To protect your rights in data protection we established technical and organisational actions to make sure to fulfill the laws from our side and from third parties ( eg. ISP) which maybe involved in our data processing in this web service.
With your access to our website, our internet service provider (ISP) stores data of the established connection (IP address, start date and time, duration, visited pages) between your device and our website. We don't use this data to track you or improve our website. Our ISP use this data for security purposes (to find and block attackers, or in case of website intrusion, to inform us about manipulation on our website code) and provides us only compacted data (by country, by browser type).
The Information that you might enter in our web form (contact form) will be transmitted via TLS secured eMail to our mail system. In our mail system the information will be archived to meet the national laws. This data will never be given to third parties. It will be processed in our ERP system only for the purpose to process your request (offer and/or order processing).
If you use the SIPLAST online form for a job application you will provide personal data to us. This data will be stored on our Server considering national and european laws of data protection. This data is used by SIPLAST only for the purpose of processing your application. No data will be transmitted or stored at third parties. Independent from the result of the application, SIPLAST will store the application data for maximum 12 months. To send the application via the online form, you will have to agree in the above mentioned processing of your data. If you do not agree, please consider the classic application send by postal mail (address see imprint page). Application by the postal mail that do not base on Siplast job advertisement will not be send back. You can demand the correction of incorrect data. In this case contact e-mail address mentioned in the job advertisement.
Person related data
Person related data is information about your identity. This include e.g. data like Name, address, phone number, e-mail address. In certain cases we need your name or e-mail address to process your requests (e.g. offer request, information request and further more). Siplast will demand only personal data where it is necessary to fulfill your request. The processing of personal data is committed to the requested purpose and the data will be stored and processed only on our servers.
Data transfer via the internet
SIPLAST is committed to the national telecomunication law which protects your e-mail and web form content from getting unauthorized attention and processing. The web services SIPLAST is providing on their website siplast.de are encrypted with state-of-art SSL and TLS technic to prevent your data getting captured by unauthorized people or organisations. Despite of the high technical efforts it can not be excluded that the transmitted information gets in possession of unauthorized persons or even gets falsified or deleted. If you wish to avoid that risk please contact us on the postal way using the address provided in our imprint.
Newsletter / E-Mails
If you decide to receive our Newsletter, your data will be processed similar to the above described process of the contact form. The only exception is, that you receive a confirmation email (opt-in) to the email address you provide to us for the newsletter. You will become a member of our newsletter circle only, if you confirm this email. If you receive the newsletter, you can stop us from sending these newsletters to you every time by simply clicking on an included link named "unsubscribe". The creation and the transmitting of the newsletter is done by SIPLAST, so no data will be transferred to third parties.
Despite of the high technical efforts it can not be excluded that the transmitted e-Mails including attachments gets in possession of unauthorized persons or even gets falsified or deleted. If you wish to avoid that risk please contact us on the postal way using the address provided in our imprint.
You have the right to request from us (without costs for you) what kind of personal data we stored about you (§ 34 Abs. 1 BDSG ). Further more you have the right to correct, to lock or to delete your personal data stored at us as long as other laws will not permit us from doing so.
